What’s Included in a Routine Clean?
Our Routine Clean is designed for homes that are cleaned regularly and need ongoing help to keep them fresh, clean and comfortable.
Throughout Your Home

- Clean internal glass and mirrors

What’s Included in a Deep Clean?
Our Deep Clean goes considerably further than a Routine Clean and is ideal when your home needs some extra attention.
It includes the core cleaning tasks of a Routine Clean, with additional detailed cleaning including:
- Detailed cleaning of skirting boards
- Wipe doors, frames and visible marks
- Clean internal windows, frames and tracks
- More thorough cleaning of radiators and accessible vents
- Clean accessible upholstery, including beneath removable cushions
- Vacuum beneath and behind furniture that is safe to move
- Detailed cleaning of hobs, burners and grates
- Clean cupboard and drawer interiors where emptied
- Detailed descaling of sinks and taps
- Clean washing machine and dryer detergent drawers and door seals
- Clean utility shelving and cupboard interiors where emptied
- Detailed removal of accessible limescale and soap scum
- Scrub bathroom tiles and grout
- Thoroughly clean shower screens and tracks
- Clean accessible bathroom extractor covers
- Clean inside wardrobes and storage areas where emptied
- Final check of obvious marks and touchpoints
What’s Included in an End of Tenancy Clean?
Our End of Tenancy Clean is designed to provide a comprehensive clean of a vacant property when tenants are moving out or before new occupants arrive.
It includes the detailed cleaning provided with our Deep Clean, together with particular attention to areas that can often be overlooked during everyday cleaning.
- Internal windows, frames and tracks
- Doors, frames and skirting boards
- Radiators and accessible vents
- Floors and rugs
- Beneath and behind movable furniture
- Accessible upholstery where applicable
- Internal glass and mirrors
- Cupboard, drawer, wardrobe and storage interiors
- Detailed bathroom cleaning and descaling
- Tiles, grout and shower tracks
- Kitchen worktops, splashbacks, sink and taps
- Hob and appliance exteriors
- Utility areas
- Final inspection of obvious marks and touchpoints
- Removal of cleaning waste from the property
Where appropriate and with the customer’s permission, we can also photograph the condition of the property for handover.
Optional Cleaning Extras
Some jobs require additional time and aren’t automatically included within the standard clean. These can be selected separately when requesting your quote.

- Inside fridge/freezer
- Inside oven, racks and oven door
- Air fryer cleaning
- Dishwasher cleaning
- Extractor hood and accessible filter cleaning
Please note: For fridge/freezer cleaning, appliances should be emptied and the freezer defrosted beforehand. Heavy carbon build-up in ovens may require a specialist oven clean.
A Few Things to Know
We always aim to achieve the highest possible standard, but some cleaning depends on the condition and accessibility of the property.
Furniture will only be moved where it is safe to do so. Specialist blind washing, carpet or upholstery extraction, electrical work, mould remediation and regrouting are not included within our standard cleaning services.
For an End of Tenancy Clean, we assume the property will be vacant, personal belongings removed, utilities switched on and cupboards and appliances emptied. Results will depend on the condition of the property and we cannot guarantee the return of a tenancy deposit.
