Meet David Brice and Fabian Williamson

Pure Property Cleaners brings together decades of professional housekeeping, management and business experience with one simple aim: five-star cleaning at affordable prices.

The business is owned and run by David Brice and Fabian Williamson, who bring very different but complementary experience to the company.

Fabian Williamson: Cleaning Operations

Fabian has more than 20 years’ experience in professional cleaning and housekeeping, including working at some of Glasgow’s best-known hotels such as Hilton Glasgow, Hotel du Vin, Blythswood Square and Grand Central Hotel. Working his way up to Executive Housekeeper, Fabian has managed large housekeeping teams in demanding five-star environments where attention to detail, consistency and meeting tight turnaround times were essential.

In 2019, Fabian established FabServices, building his own cleaning business and putting those hotel housekeeping standards into practice for private and commercial clients.

Today, Fabian is responsible for the operational side of Pure Property Cleaners. He trains our cleaners and carries out quality checks to make sure the standards he learned and delivered throughout his hotel career are maintained across our team.

David Brice: Management and Customer Service

David brings more than 21 years of experience running businesses, together with a strong background in management and administration. Before moving into business, he served in the Army and spent 15 years as a civil servant, progressing to Senior Executive Officer with the Scottish Government. David now oversees the management, customer service, administration and marketing side of Pure Property Cleaners.

Pure Property Cleaners grew from an ambition to take the experience and reputation Fabian had built through FabServices and create a larger, recognisable cleaning brand without losing the personal standards behind it.
